In February 2008, the dream was to offer a platform for local hip hop soul artist to showcase their talent to a larger local audience. July 26th was the culmination of hard work by so many. Supported by local vendors, local non-profit organizations and nearly 800 festival goers from across DC, MD, VA and the east coast we have unleashed their voices and rhythm.
